Ambicare Appoints New Non-Exec Director

SHIL spin out Ambicare, have appointed ex-P&G executive Dr Neil MacGilp as a non-executive director. He joins the company after more than 30 years with Proctor and Gamble and SAB across Europe and the US.

David Lawrence, chairman at Ambicare Health, said: "Neil's experience and expertise will be extremely valuable for the business, particularly as we move into commercialisation and future product design."

The Fife company has an innovative skin cancer sticking plaster called Ambulight and is about a launch an acne treatment based on light.
