So you think you’re not an inventor? |
|
The word inventor may conjure up different images for different people. Often people think of the process of inventing as the result of a research project. Whilst many innovations are developed this way, sometimes the most innovative progressive ideas evolve as a direct result of day to day activities on the wards, offices and workshops of NHS Scotland as staff simply identify a better way to do things while going about their everyday work. Scottish Health Innovations Ltd (SHIL) is currently working on a broad variety of projects that have come from many different healthcare disciplines within the NHS. These projects vary from high-tech research projects to relatively simple innovations. If you have a good idea, SHIL want to heart from you.
